We are able to machine parts for prototypes, full production and fixturing, our wide range of capabilities includes heat treating, laser welding, polishing and plating. Our engineering capabilities include part design,fixture design; reverse engineering.
At King Precision Solutions, we are committed to precision and efficiency. Our machines are able to produce parts with tight tolerances as low as ± 0.0002, and we produce a very high yield of acceptable parts. This in turn leads to a faster turnaround, more cost effective parts, and very low scrap rates. This all adds up to a very efficient workflow, which saves you time and money in the process. Our facility is meticulously clean, well lit, and climate controlled. All workstations are organized to be as efficient as possible to eliminate errors and to speed up the manufacturing process.

Quality Control
We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. Providing this means we take all of the necessary steps to ensure the most diligent quality control throughout the entire process. We utilize a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and utilize calibrated hand tools and toolmaker’s microscopes to ensure our products are made with the highest precision and traceability. Our routing system tracks and stores all material certs, heat treat certs, plating certs on every project that enters our facility and available to the customer on request.
